Taxes & Import Duties
For EU Customers: To ensure a smooth delivery without unexpected fees or delays at your local post office, EU Customs & Handling Fees (DDP) are now calculated and collected automatically at checkout. Your package will arrive fully cleared by customs with no extra charges upon delivery.
For US Customers: Due to current US import regulations, a 10% import charge (“The tariff imposed by Trump”) is automatically calculated and added to your order at checkout.
For Other Countries: Prices do not include local taxes or import duties. Import duties or customs fees may be charged upon arrival in your country, depending on local regulations. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs charges in their country upon delivery.
Delivery
For shipping inside Ukraine I use Nova Poshta or UkrPoshta carriers. It’s free for ukrainian customers.
For international shipping I use only Ukrposhta with package tracking.
The price of shipping depends on weight, not on size of box (from $10 to $65)
Each physical product I wrap into bubblewrap in several layers before packing the box and fill empty space with paper and bubblewrap too.
Usually delivery to USA, Canada, Europe, Great Brittain takes 9-21 days. But this december UkrPoshta has some troubles with delays. But no one packages from 800+ was not lost during my work!
