Workshop Policies
All items in my shop are handmade to order. Each piece requires unique materials, tools, and working time that cannot be recovered once the process has started.
For this reason, returns and refunds are not accepted.
However, I want you to be happy with your order. Exchanges are possible under the following conditions:
- You must contact me and ship the item back within 45 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and safely packaged.
- Once I receive and inspect the returned item in good condition, I will arrange an exchange for the same or a similar product.
Important notes:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Digital items (3D models, templates, blueprints) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Exchanges are only possible after the original item is received back by me.
