Rugged Construction & Materials

To ensure this Rebecca’s GUTS Shotgun feels as substantial as it looks, we built it around a central metal pipe core. This provides excellent structural integrity, preventing the barrel from warping or snapping during intense cosplay sessions or conventions.

The exterior is 3D printed using high-grade ABS+ plastic. This material was chosen for its superior strength and heat resistance compared to standard PLA. Every component is heavily sanded to remove print lines, then primed and hand-painted. We use high-quality acrylics to achieve the vibrant cyan-mint and magenta contrast, finished with weathering effects to make it look like it just survived a shootout at Arasaka Tower.
