Virtuous Treaty - 2B Sword from Nier Automata Cosplay Prop MDF (wood)

This is my version of Virtuous Treaty - one of the most popular big swords for 2B.
The length in the assembled state is ~160cm (I made 2.0m once, but it is impossible to send abroad). Weight is 1300-1400 grams.
Big flat parts are made from MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) 10mm thickness. Other parts are 3D-printed from ABS plastic.

The colors can be a little different in real life than in photos.

"DIY kit" - contained MDF CNC milled blade and hilt parts, 3d printed all plastic blade and hilt parts, screws and nuts for assembling, and 3m fabric tape for the handle. The edges of the blade are cut at 45 degrees, and parts of the hilt are rounded. 3d-printed parts from ABS, 0.2mm layer, sanded to be smooth.
I forgot to take photos with cut MDF and just-now-printed and cleaned plastic parts when I made the last sword. So on the listing's photos plywood parts and the slicer's screenshot, but they are for general understanding.

"Fully painted" - finished product, just need screw 2 bolts with nuts to assemble blade and hilt.

Everything is sanded to be very smooth, covered with spray putty filler and primer.
Painted with spray paints and airbrush for shadows and highlights.
Everything is sealed with matt varnish.
After that I wrap fabric tape around the handle with a pattern, it is glued with hot glue.
Can be weathered or not. But I try to hide some micro defects by weathering:)
